About the Program

The two-year Tourism and Events Management program prepares students to earn national certificates on local guiding, tourism promotion, travel services, attractions and theme park operations, front office, and events management.

  • Plan and develop tourism and event concepts, proposals, and bids
  • Conduct and manage tour itineraries and events
  • Perform front office services using the industry-standard Property Management Systems (PMS)
  • Book travel-related reservations using the industry-standard Reservation Systems
  • Provide club reception and porter services
  • Present a tour proposal for a group of clients
  • Build strong client relations
