We are in urgent need of competitive and career-driven individuals for the following positions:

Performs a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the Foundation to ensure its efficient day-to-day operation. She is generally responsible for ensuring that all financial records and foundation files are organized and orderly at all times. 

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Office Administration, Business Management or any related field.

Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as managing files and records, transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures.

Supports the organizational and department goals by maintaining the financial processes and records.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Accounting Technology.

Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • With at least 2 years of related experience in general accounting.
  • Must be knowledgeable in accounting procedures and principles.
  • Must have a high degree of dependability in policy implementation and keeping confidential records.

Develops learning materials (curriculum, courseware, and standard periodical examinations) that are accurate, relevant, updated, and adheres to curricular standards; and works closely with the Research Head to ensure that the courseware and exam development processes, policies, and work instructions are adhered to.

Engages in activities for courseware development enrichment such as observation of actual courseware implementation and/or teaching of developed/validated courseware.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting or Internal Auditing.
  • Preferably with a Master’s Degree or at least pursuing a Master’s Degree aligned with the undergraduate course.
  • Advantage if Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) passer.

Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • Preferably with teaching experience.
  • Strong research, writing, proofreading, and editing skills.

Responsible for creating and producing compelling content to strengthen the presence of the Company and increase engagement in various communication platforms.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Journalism, Advertising, or any related field.

Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • With strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be creative and results-oriented with strong drive to meet the brand objectives.
  • Strong familiarity with the digital media platforms (Website, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)

Responsible for coordinating and monitoring the development and implementation of various faculty capacity development programs and other support programs/activities for faculty members within the STI network.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Information Technology, Education, Communications or any related field.

Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • With hands-on experience on the use of MS Office applications (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher).
  • Preferably with experience in identifying personnel training and development needs.
  • Preferably with experience in using a learning management system.

Assists in the completion of the consolidated financial reports. Reviews and ensures that the company's disbursements are within the approved or allotted budget. Prepares and consolidates the annual budget and financial forecasts. Assists in updating of financial policies and procedures.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
  • Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • With at least 2 years of related experience in financial statement preparation.

Responsible for providing efficient and effective ICT and Audio Visual (AV) support services that enable employees to be productive relevant to the thrust of the organization.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related field.

Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • Preferably with industry standard certification such as Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL, etc.
  • Principles in PC Hardware and Software Systems, TCP/IP, LDAP Services, Data & Voice (Telephony) Communication, and Network Security.

 

 

Ensures effective management of legal and contractual risks, providing legal advisory services, and managing the Legal Department effectively and efficiently.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Laws (Llb)/Juris Doctor (JD)
  • Bar exam passer

Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • Must have legal practice experience
  • Must have basic knowledge of all law subjects
  • Possesses knowledge on Labor and Educational laws
  • Must be adept in legal counselling

Responsible for carrying out the primary function of the Creative Services Group. The position entails development of creative communication materials in different mediums and platforms, from conceptualization, to execution, to production.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication or any related-program.

Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • Creative and technically skilled in graphic design, photography, and video production.
  • Knowledgeable in Adobe software.

Responsible for managing the finances of the handled schools, which include balancing budgets, preparing financial reports, keeping detailed financial records and processing employees compensation.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
  • Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • With at least 2 years of related experience in general accounting
  • Must be knowledgeable in financial policies, accounting procedures, principles, and reporting system
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

The Programmer enables stakeholders to access information for increased learning and productivity. S/he analyzes, designs, develops, implements, and maintains information systems. S/he works closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver to them the appropriate solution.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or Computer Science;
  • With hands-on experience on programming using .NET or JAVA technologies;
  • With at least one-year experience in software development, advantage if with experience developing HRIS and payroll systems.

Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • Knowledge in database management using MSSQL Server, Oracle or MySQL
  • Knowledge in SSRS or Crystal Reports
  • Knowledge of Software Development Processes and methodologies like Waterfall or Agile
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Skills in self-development to keep-up-to-date with fast-changing trends

The Web Associate is in-charge of anything that has something to do with the virtual and digital presence of the STI Brand such as ideation and creation of websites, mobile applications, and others. He is in-charge of maintaining and updating of other website projects that may be assigned to him.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or Computer Science;
  • With hands-on experience on programming using .NET, ASP or PHP.

Experience and Competency Requirements:

  • Knowledge on the following languages (ASP, .NET C# or VB, PHP, JavaScript, JQuery, Ajax, HTML/CSS);
  • Knowledge in mobile/responsive website design.
