The campus sits on a sprawling four-hectare property that features two buildings: a three-storey edifice which houses the Head Office of STI and the seven-storey school. It has LED monitors installed in every classroom, hot and cold kitchen laboratories, fully-equipped computer laboratories and science laboratories, a library containing a wide array of research materials and internet connection, stylish students’ lounge, and free Wi-Fi access.

The new campus is strategically located to cater to students residing in the eastern side of Metro Manila.  It is about three to five minutes away from Robinsons Place Cainta and around 100 meters away from the Cainta Main Junction.

STI Academic Center Ortigas-Cainta has the following courses: Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management, Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, and Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. The campus, which sits on a one and a half hectare property located on Samson Road, Caloocan city will be completed in October and accommodate about 10,000 students. It will also have state-of-the-art facilities.
Meanwhile, preparations for the construction of school campuses in Cubao, Las Piñas, Calamba and Lucena are in full swing. These campuses are expected to be ready for school year 2014-2015.

"Our expansion strategy reflects our commitment to education and the future of our youth. We aim to continually improve our facilities and upgrade the quality of education we deliver". Mr. Monico V. Jacob, President of STI, said in an interview.
