Program Description

 

This three-year program is designed to equip the students with the additional skills and knowledge required of a hospitality practitioner. Aside from competencies in food and beverage services and culinary arts, additional competencies in Housekeeping, Front Office, and Tour Guiding are part of the curriculum. Courses on Management, Marketing, and Accounting will better prepare the students to be globally competitive in hospitality and restaurant administration.
