The Faculty STImuli is a full color semi-annual magazine published entirely for the STI faculty members. It is designed to disseminate informative materials, knowledge and experiences relevant in their teaching profession and experiences.
Objectives
Its main objective is to promote interdisciplinary collaboration of ideas and to motivate and encourage professional advancement of all STI faculty members. Specifically, the Faculty STImuli aims to:
- foster pride in being part of STI by featuring STI academic support services activities, new directions being undertaken and the impact of STI to nation building;
- provide useful and latest information relating to information technology and communications, teaching strategies and other topics relevant to their areas of expertise and interests;
- promote unity among the faculty members within and outside their STI campuses;
- attract more highly qualified academic members to join and stay in the faculty pool of STI.
