ALL IN PLACE (Table Setting Competition)
Within a particular time limit, students are subjected to a test of artistry, accuracy, and strategy in table setting with menu card preparation.
The competing teams are tasked to set up a table for two diners with a four-course menu consisting of two appetizers (one hot and one cold), one entrée or main course, one dessert, and beverage accompanied with wine. These attractive table settings will truly make any meal enjoyable.
CENTER OF ATTENTION (Edible Centerpiece Presentation)
Be impressed and watch as participating teams turn edible supplies like fruits and vegetables into miniature works of art. The team to come up with the most creative and innovative presentation within the given time wins.
CHEF XPRESS (Cooking Competition)
Teams of students are given the chance to showcase their culinary prowess within a given time limit. Each team is tasked to prepare and cook three a la Carte dishes that represent a specific kind of cuisine i.e., appetizer, entrée or main course, and dessert for two persons. Two plates for each dish will be prepared, one of which is displayed while the other is served to the judges for sampling. This is definitely going to be one hot cooking showdown!
