INTO Programming is a race against the clock as students engage in a battle of logic, strategy, and mental endurance. It enables the students to decipher and showcase their exemplary talents and abilities in the field of programming. It also fosters creativity, teamwork, and innovation among them.

Most importantly, the competition aims to recognize the potentials of STI students to excel in the field of computer and its applications through solving of machine problems given a limited time.

With a grueling four-hour deadline, students must collaborate to rank the difficulty of the problems, deduce the requirements, design test beds, and build programs that solve the problems given to them under the intense scrutiny of the judges. Each incorrect solution is given a time penalty. The team that solves the most problems in the fewest attempts in the least cumulative time is declared the winner.
